The Jasha Republic, officially named Xaryaxas Śpurthurna and often referred to as "夜叉民國" by the Biathinians, Asattians, and Tuyotukians, is a country founded by both non-human and human exiles in the northern part of the Bia Thin region. To the west, it borders the northern area of Kilan-Tal; to the south, it shares borders with Ilan Qurun; to the east, it is bordered by the Sunrise Sea; to the southeast, by the Okami Islands; and to the north, by the region of Kvenland.

History[]

The history of the Jasha Republic, though not extensive, is marked by several significant events, comparable to those of Bia Thin and the Tuyotuki Islands.

The Legend of Its Founder, Sukuna (1200s)[]

Little is known with certainty about the founder of the Republic of Jasha, Sukuna, other than her vampiric nature and her affiliation with an offshoot of the Tdet known as the Nure. The Nure were descendants of the Tdet who had integrated more deeply into the Far East, with a presence in locations such as the Tuyotuki Islands.

It is said that Sukuna was once a mountain lord in a specific region of the Tuyotuki Islands, though the exact location remains unknown. However, it is believed this region was situated on one of the northernmost islands, specifically Tawarisi. As a Nure, Sukuna had the habit of drinking human blood.

In the late 1200s, during the beginning of the Tuyotukian Silver Age and after the attempted invasion of the islands by the Khans of Kilan-Tal, two novice witchers from the School of the Dragon, Kou and the witcheress Sanae (though not mutated), were attacked by monsters during their training in the mountains. Sukuna intervened and saved them. Normally, she would have preyed on them, but having already fed and sensing something in Kou's eyes, she spared them. This encounter left a lasting impact on Kou, who found himself unable to forget Sukuna and developed complex feelings towards her, including some sympathy. Sukuna felt the same way.

Soon after, Sukuna made a promise to Kou and Sanae that she would refrain from feeding on human blood again. However, she struggled with her nature, unable to resist the allure of human blood and the intoxicating sensations it brought. The conflict within her between her dark impulses and her conscience led her to resume attacking humans despite her earlier vow. Kou and Sanae noticed this and decided to confront Sukuna. In the final battle, Sukuna held Sanae hostage to test Kou's determination and to quell her own insanity. After Kou struck Sukuna with his sword, her body disintegrated into small particles while she was defending Sanae. It is said that following this, a period of chaos ensued in Tawarisi, where many warriors from the ruling clan of the island and the School of the Dragon Witchers perished in the process of stopping Sukuna. Eventually, Sukuna was defeated, but she spent some time regenerating to "revive."

Later, it was revealed that Sukuna's insanity had been intentionally caused by the School of the Wyvern and the Tuyotukian Imperial Court with the intention of wiping out the most skilled witchers of their rival school, prior to the assault that almost decimated the School of the Dragon in the 1250s.

The Beginning of the Jasha Republic (The First Patnī "Vasar")[]

After regenerating, Sukuna appeared before Kou and Sanae one spring day in that same year. By then, the two witchers had married and were living near Sukuna's grave. She suggested they leave the islands with her and settle in a new location. The skilled witcher couple agreed.

The journey to the first colony settlement wasn't long. They quickly discovered the eastern realm of Meceh Khuru, small islands adjacent to Meceh Khuru above Ilan Qurun, where the territory of Kilan-Tal was sparsely populated. Once Sukuna established the first settlement on the border between what the Nordlings considered the Far North and Bia Thin, she took on the name "Patnī Vasar," marking the beginning of the Jasha Republic.

Nemet’s Influence (1280s)[]

The founding of the Republic of Nemet in the Far North and its prosperity despite the harsh climatic conditions quickly spread to the Far East, triggering a ripple effect that emboldened resistance movements against the dominant powers in the region. Non-humans and those living under occupation, in particular, rose up in protest. However, many of these uprisings were suppressed, and the protestors were persecuted, leading many to leave their territories in search of a new home. Eventually, they founded what would become the Jasha Republic.

Dragon Lake Episode (1280s-1290s?)[]

The migration to the Jasha Republic sometimes has a risk due to the climat. Some people die during the imigration to the Jasha Republic. Dragon Lake Episode is one of the most famous misery stroy.

In a certain island in the Okami Islands near Kvenland, there is a small village covered in deep snow and ice in winter, and there is an unfrozen lake called "Dragon Lake" near the village. In a village, a Bronze dragon is worshiped and is protected by him, but it is said that anything they do requires his permission. Here, there is a custom of periodically sacrificing a young girl to obtain forgiveness.

At the end of the 1200s, there was a girl living alone in the mountains here and a boy who was picked up by the girl. The girl was raised as a sacrifice and lived a contented life in return. One day, the boy suggested to the girl that they leave this land and go to a free country created by vampires. The girl and boy ran away from the village and climbed the snowy mountains. However, beyond the snowy mountains was a vast snowy plain (probably a frozen sea), and finally the girl ran out of strength there but finally the boy arrived at the edge of the large penisula in Meceh Khuru. This is the legend of the foundation in Hashinvi city.

Migration Period[]

The founding of Jasha and its prosperity quickly spread not only to the Far East but also to the Northern Kingdoms sometime after Fabio Sachs' expedition to the Far East in the 1280s. Some regions of the Far South (those further north) and even some colonies from other nations or groups of nations in the Western Continent were influenced by Jasha, especially the colony of the Second Tuyotukian Empire, Shirotuki. Many human refugees and non-humans aimed for Jasha and settled there. Various crops, knowledge, and skills were introduced through this immigration. This influence also triggered a revolution in the country of Welatê Namûs during that era and led to the founding of the Navo Federation on the Western Continent by some Ammurun vampires (though not all) during the early 17th century on the continent's northern coast. These countries adopted the same social system as the Jasha Republic.

In 1358, during the Second Conjunction of the Spheres, Jasha lost a significant portion of its elven population, who departed in search of another world along with the rest of their elven kin.

Accelerationism policy (After 1320s)[]

Faced with the dual challenge of managing internal conflicts by the various immigrants and securing its future amidst growing external pressures specially by Kilan-Tal and Tuyotuki Islands, Jasha adopted a comprehensive new strategy of exploration and expansion. This strategic shift involved not only seeking out new territories but also forming strategic alliances through extensive maritime expeditions. By the late 1380s, as Nordling and Nilfgaardian colonization activities were underway on the Eastern Coast of the Western Continent, Jasha also began efforts to colonize the islands of Jasha Republic Colonized Archipelago.

the Republic slowly grew up and gained more territory. The new gain was some Kilanti Empire territories after the Kilanti Empire began to dissolve around 1350, due to the consequences of the failed invasion and conquest of the Northern Kingdoms. During this time, the people developed a strong identity as "Jashanese."

The political system was improved to prevent more conflicts. The rights of goverment were restricted to only diplomacy, national security and the legal service by the new constitution that was created. This constitution provided each region independence as long as they accepted the new things that were present on the constitution. Policies to protect nature were established in order to prevent the conflicts between the nymphs living (but not part of the country) and others such as dwarves and gnomes. From this period, the production of vegetable oil, animal oil, and hard liquor was getting significant which allowed Jasha to rebuild the destruction caused by the war quickly when after they exported these products to other countries. Such policies are supported by mainly elves, Dwarf and immigrants from Far East and Tdet and other Vampires.

Conflict with Naturalist (After 1320s)[]

As a counter movement against Accelerationism, Nymphs and indigenous people arised and resist against the Accelerationism policy. They prefered the slow-life sociery which is harmonious with nature than the technical developed society. They considered such a society as attempt to cause a violation against the core policy of Jasha Republic. Such bpeople are called "Naturalist" who are mainly demi-human, Nymphs and Naimaun people. In the beginning, this movement is just a peaceful protest, however it was gradually causing the armed confliect in the whole of Jasha Republic.

In order to prevent the civil war, Sukuna suggested to divide the region with some condition to keep the Jasha's political, economic and social system and its culture. According to this suggestion, the Naturalists, with the Naimaun people, founded the new region "Jasha Federation" in the terra nullis beyond the Sunrise Sea. However, the constitution and the ruler are the same. There is no border between the two "state"s. From the sight of the foreigners, these countries are considering them as a "one state".

War against the Kilanti Empire (1350s)[]

When the Kilanti Empire was declined after the failure of the Nordings, the independent movement was rapidly active. Ilan Qurun is one of the such a region. TBA.

The puṣpamagni affair (1450s)[]

The puṣpamagni affair is the series of plots and rebellions against Sukuna by the Tuyotukian Imperial Court. The puṣpamagni was originally the indigenous festival in Far East in the summer. In Jasha Repulibc, this festival was introduced by the humans imigrants from Bia Thin and by some non-humans. Nowadays, this festival have been popular among the people in Jasha Republic, also in the Northern Jasha. In the festival, putting a sunflower on a fire, people say one's secrets.

The Tuyotukian agent, who pretended as a brain of Jasha Republic, say the fake infornmation and agitated the hatred, which in fact Sukuna dislike people, want more blood and etc as a secret against Sukuna to people in here. The agent also said that he hates her sense of justice. Additionally he pushed down Sukuna onto the fire. Fortunately due to the immunity of higher vampire, sukuna did not wound. The agent were immidiately arrested and repatriated to Tuyotuki Islands.

Hearing this news, Luri, a Continental Tdet Male Vampire born in Tuyotuki Islands decide to invade Tawarisi with the dwarf and gnome volunteers for the punishment. but the real purpose is to revenge on both Tuyotukian goverment and society for the persecution against them using this situation and the chaos in Tuyotuki Islands. They called themselves "raktasainika", which means "Red Guard" in Nure dialect, before they depart from the land of Jasha Republic. Jasha Federation(North Jasha) noticed these actions and then they also warn Sukuna to be careful about Luri's actions.

When "Raktasainika" legion was sailing toward Tawarisi, the fact is that the peasant rebellion led by the monk already occured. Hearing this, pro-Sukuna Karyas in Jasha Republic(South Jasha) and Sukuna herself immidiately execute military aid to the Tawarisi rebellion in order to prevent the Luri's action and punish the Tuyotukian Imperial Court which causes the puṣpamagni affair. Agreed with the policy of the Tawarisi rebellion, Welatê Namûs also helped their aid by supplying a lot of weapons. In this era, Tuyotuki islands was going to the Three Kingdoms Era. They cant intercept the attack by the rebelion and "Raktasainika". The provincial official was prisoner of war, their servants were killed, the function as a goverment was lost. they finally decided to leave Tawarisi island. Specially the attack by "Raktasainika" was quite cruel. They kill all family members of the provincial official and their servant. The woman and girls are raped before the murder. After this, they plundered money and goods. The imperial buildings of the capital in Tawarisi were almost burned out. The document and treasure, and facilities were take away to Bhuri. On the other hand, they never attacked the civilians and their properties. They positivily defend civilians from the attack instead. They considered that people in Tawarisi as a victim of the Tuyotukian Imperial regime.

Although Tawarisi recovered the independence, the confliction occured between "Raktasainika" legion and presant rebellion led by the monk. "Raktasainika" legion aimed at annexating and assimilating Tawarisi islands to Jasha Republic however, peasants rebellion aimed at the automomy by the monks, influential people and owner farmers. Just in this time, Sukuna's army arrived at Tawarisi island. Seeing the cruel sight of the vandarism in the building of the provincial official, the selfish demand to the local people in Tawarisi and, sukuna regreted that we could not arrive before "raktasainika" arived. "raktasainika" were forcibly dissolved, members were repatriated to the Jasha mainland. After the interrogation by Sukuna, Luri were going under the house arrest in the Sukuna's palace, and in the palace, he always had to act with Sukuna when he did something.

In the negotiation between Sukuna and the local peasants rebellion, The followings was decided. One is the respect for the decision by the local peasants rebellion in Tawarisi Island. Another is that the mountain where Kou and Sanae lived and where Sukuna was killed belongs to the Jasha Republic as the location of the embassy of Jasha Republic. The other is the diplomatic recognition between each two sides. After this, in the mountain, one of the descendants of Kou and Sanae's family, who is a Dhampir stayed in this mountain as an ambasadar and diplomat.

Seraphy Dole Crisis (1450s)[]

After Luri were going under the house arrest in the Sukuna's palace, there were a lot of severe protest demonstration in Bhuri and around it. Their demands were not only the leberation of Vampire "Luri" but also the improvement of the labor condition. finally, they decleared the foudation of the Jasha People's Republic. After the declesion they marched on Arbhajin with plundering and destroying the well which Bitumen upwell around Arbhajin. Additionally, they planed to invade the Tawarisi island again in order to carry on the Luri's will.

Hearing the news, Sukuna ordered the dole artisans in Arbhajin in order to make the wooden-made doll which absorb the negative miasma. Jasha Federation, and the hashinvi traders group which dislike socialism also supproted the mission. The wooden-made doll is called by "Seraphy Dole", and well-known as a magical doll which eats the negative emotion such not only a Tristitia and Ira but also Luxuria and Avaritia. The artisans and the marchants sent a lot of dolls to Bhuri as a "The guard doll of the revolution". The effective of doles is rapidly and clearly. In only a few days, they decided to surrender to the Jasha Republic.

After the end of the rebel, Jasha Republic and the each collective tried to improve the condition of the labour, confliction and the justice of the trading. The dolls also roled a important position in this improvement policy at the point of the decrease of the correption and injustice. Sukuna also permit the socialism policy in Bhuri.

The Kawashima Crisis(End of the Sukuna Regime)[]

The name of "Kawashima" is derived from her legal name in Tawarisi island. The trigger of this crisis is that Luri's group illegally published the former name, the former resident and the former job before calling herself "Sukuna" to the entire nation. After the publication many pro-Luri dhampirs and Jashanish were imprisoned. After this, by also the puṣpamagni affair and Seraphy Dole Crisis, Sukuna's popularity and the power of the regime constantly decreased. Specially, the Luri's group and the Jasha Federation doubted and opposed the Sukuna's governance. In the end of the 1450's, finally they arised and started to attack Arbhajin.

Sukuna's government, already weakened by years of internal conflict, struggled to maintain control. The rebellion drew in various factions, including disillusioned humans and other non-human groups who shared the dwarves' and gnomes' frustrations with the ruling system. The conflict culminated in several key battles, most notably the Battle of Twin Castle, where the rebels successfully held off the Republic's forces for weeks, further undermining Sukuna's legitimacy, followed by the Massacre of Arbhajin, in which many of pro-Sukuna people residing in Jasha were killed by rebels forces.

By the end of the 1450s, the pressure on Sukuna had reached a breaking point. Faced with the consequences of the Massacre of Arbhajin were many of her pro-sukuna people died, along with the prospect of a full-scale revolution and the loss of her remaining support, Sukuna decided to step down. Her abdication marked the end of the early era of Jasha Republic. In her place, a provisional government was established by Jaraka who is a very popular female Tdet Vampire, tasked with drafting a new goverment that would reflect the demands of the Rebellion. After the election by the Saṃgha, she officially became the new leader of Jasha Repbulic.

Jaraka's Reformation[]

After the election by the Saṃgha, in the first, Jaraka decide to mission Luri and his rebellion to the Ujuldara amd Kummuria ruin. The rebelion members is almost dhampir, tdet and other Vampires.

In the second, she decleared the unification between Jasha Federation and Jasha Republic, At the time of the unification, almost of dyrians came back to the Jasha's mainland. The territory beyond the Sunrise Sea became the territory of Luri.

Government[]

Due to the background of the establishment, the country has been adopting the same system as Great Sea Civilization and the Tir Tochair Mountains. It is strongly defined by the constitution.

The country is divided into several regions, each with strong autonomy and direct democracy, handling most local matters except currency, weights and measures, diplomacy, and some laws. The central government comprises three distinct branches:

  • Saṃgha: The indirect assembly representing each region.
  • Nyāyālaya: The supreme legal organization.
  • Ruler Administration: The ruler, titled "patnī," must be a non-human female with higher intelligence, strong honesty, and acting skills as per the constitution. The ruler is elected and serves for life unless removed by the Saṃgha.

Known Regions[]

In the 1280s, non-humans fleeing the Tuyotuki Islands established cantons near the Jasha Republic. These cantons formed alliances with Jasha and were officially integrated into the Republic in 1291 under the ǵʰeslo- bher- deh₃ (Eternal Federal Charter) . Notable cantons include:

  • Vogel Canton: established by the ex-subjects of small vassal in the mountains of certain island in Tuyotuki Islands called "Antarparvata-Rājan" (Kindom of the inner mountains) by Nure Vampires. The canton were located on the higher mountains in nothern Meceh Khuru.
  • Tdet Canton: established by the Continental Tdet Male Vampire Luri who was born in the Ogami Island of Tuyotuki Islands. Later, the dwarves and gnomes in Far East and Nemet joined in this canton. The canton were located on the penisular part of the Meceh Khuru. The residants are mainly dwarf, continental tdet higher vampires, and gnomes. The central city is Bhuri.
  • Causphar Canton: established by the nymphs tribe in Tawarisi island. She also took other nymph followers who are expelled from their forests by the extension of the farm. Later, the nymphs from other region and some people in Mendari joined in this canton. The canton were located on the southern wood-rich mountains.

Geography[]

Jasha's climate falls within the hemiboreal category. The mountains next to Ilan Qurum are forested, while the eastern regions boast beautiful steppes and the northern coastal mountains are covered by ice and snow.

Regarding urban centers, Jasha hosts one capital city, one large city, and three major port towns. The large city is Bhuri. The basin capital, Arbhajin, is home to a thriving population of 100,000 inhabitants. The metropolitan area around the capital is home to the Jashanese ethnic human group, the product of the mixing of different races. The city of Bhuri hosts around 50,000 inhabitants. This metropolitan area consists of many medium migratory settlements and some small towns with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants. The port towns of Hashinvi, Languva, and Jumin each have fewer than 50,000 inhabitants. Hashinvi serves as a crucial northern trading route for the Nilfgaardian Empire and an important base port between Jasha and the Western Continent after the 15th century. Jumin is a key trading route for the Nemetians. The majority of Jasha's populace resides in a multitude of small villages, migratory settlements, isolated dwellings, scattered hamlets, and houseboats, embodying a predominantly nomadic and decentralized way of life.

Jasha republic territory except the western continent colony consists of three locations, mainland, small islands and "Caxantha" continent.

The Jasha Republic mainland consists of two specific regions. The first is the mountain region next to Ilan Qurum, which includes mountains around 3,000-4,000 meters and a complex rocky coast. The port towns of Hashinvi and Languva are located in this area. The forest is a hybrid of temperate forest and taiga, featuring plant and animal species found in both Bia Thin and Kvenland. This region is rich in granite and marble quarries, rocky salt, ceramics, and alum mines near the border of Ilan Qurun. Dwarves, dyrians, and humans operate factories and most publishing houses in this region. The second region consists of endless cold mountains which consists of icy, rocky and tundra steppe, with a climate similar to Kvenland. The capital, Arbhajin, and the metropolitan area of Bhuri are located at the border of the first and second regions. Basically in winter the tempurature is below minus 30 degree with heavy snow, sometimes below minus 50 degrees in the most of inland region and the mountains. in summer it is not basically above 20 degree.

Small islands between Jasha mainland and Caxantha continent is located near the contient and divide two sea, Sunrise Sea and Houkou Sea. The climate is similar with Okami Islands but the temprature is colder than Okami Islands. In the winter, floating ices sometimes girdle about islands.

In the climate of Caxantha continent, which is Luri's region called "Pariṣadas Saṅgha", divides two or three part. The first is the huge taiga and tundra plain. In the costal region is relatively warmer and has much snow and rain. The tempurature is around minus 20 degree in winter, 10 degree in summer. The urban ruins, later the main port "Ujuldara" is located in this region. The indegious people who are called "Jopika" also live there with the small felt tent. Their living region is called by "Chobartam" by the Luri's group. They often pasture several dozen reindeer and horse per family. They also use open skin boat in order to move and trade with Okami Islands and Jasha Republic mainland. The second region is the inland region. The tempurature is around minus from 40 and 50 degree in winter, even in summer it is seldom above 0 degree. The urban ruins, later the capital of Luri's region "Kummuria" is located in this region. The third is the mountains which are called "Manias Magurasas" and divides the North Pole and Luri's region. In this mountains, it is possible to get a lot of gold, silver, copper, iron and other uknown metals. As well Jasha Republic, it is also possible to non-metal material such a coal, surfer, halite, and flint. These materials attract the imigrants from Assatta Penisula and Okami Islands.

Pollution[]

In Jasha, there is a "cursed place" facing the Sunrise Sea. Drinking the water from the river there causes bones to soften. This river runs near a mine that produces pigments used for yellow, red, and orange colors. On the Tuyotuki Islands, it is said that Sukuna curses this land. However, in other regions, it is known that pollution from the mine's wastewater causes this problem. This pollution is one of the reasons for the conflict between nymphs and dwarves.

Disaster[]

The region of Meceh Khuru and Meceh Sper were widely known about "landmark of disaster" like as Tuyotuki Islands but its frequency and the scale are outclassing comapred to Tuyotuki Islands. The Sunrise Sea, where is located above Meceh Khuru and Okami islands, is also called "Grave of Storm". The cyclic eruption, the cyclic earthquake swarm and the blizzard in the winter, heavy snow and severe cold wave are the daily phenomenon in Jasha Republic, specially in South Jasha. The notable frequent disaster is below:

  • Sukunasya Rajas: This is the swarm[1] in a mounth interval. The name "rajas" is derived from the one mouth interval and the spouting of the "The blood of Sukuna" which is the Bitumen including the terra rossa, which happens around the capital Arbhajin. The earthquake swarm usually continues in a few day, rarely in a week.  
  • East Wind: Different from Tawarisi's one, this indicates the strong blizzard from the sea. The wind speed is above several dozens meter per second.

By chance, such disasters encourage the nomadic lifestyle and the formation of the cohesive small group. They are also bringing the natural selection according to the intelligence and calmness those which is the base of the autonomous thinking. As a result, Jasha's autonomous, liberal and flexible society and political system has been being kept until nowadays.

Economy[]

The economy of Jasha bears similarities to that of Nemet, yet it diverges due to the very poor abundance of metal materials. Instead, fishing and nomadism thrive as popular economic activities. Jasha boasts several ports for large ships, crucial for trade along the Western Coast, Ketu Rahu, and the Far South. To facilitate trading along the Western Coast, Jasha established colonies at the end of the 15th century on a small set of islands near Shirotuki, the colonized territory of the Second Tuyotukian Empire in the Western Continent.

Within the republic, individuals are free to engage in commerce and trade without limits, provided they do not infringe upon the rights of others. Conversely, facilities for production and land, excluding those for personal use, are shared by the community and its members.

Agriculture[]

Agriculture is mainly popular in the southern costal area of South Jasha which faces on the Houkou Sea due to the warmer climate and moderate rainfall. The main crops grown are potatoes, root vegetables and beans. This choice is influenced by a strong desire to avoid taxation and scrutiny by rulers. These crops are easy to hide from tax collectors and are difficult for them to predict in terms of harvest seasons, making it costly to transport them elsewhere. As a result, they are often cultivated for local consumption and self-sufficiency.Potatoes were introduced from Ketu Rahu, Sunda, and the Apumayu Basin, while beans were introduced from Melukka and Hannu. Along the small stream, various herbs and medicinal plants are cultivated by Aen Hagde elves, utilizing the rich natural resources, pure air, and clean water. These plants are often used for making medicine.

Pasture[]

Pasture is quite popular in both Northern and Southern Jasha. The style has a lot of difference between former Meceh Khuruu amd Meceh Sper

In former Meceh Sper, due to the influence of Unen people, Families or groups often breed hundreds of horses, sheep, and goats. The meat and milk from these animals are central to the cuisine. Additionally, the wool and leather are commonly utilized for making various household items and clothes. Cows are rarely used for food; instead, they are primarily kept for their milk and often used as pack animals and for agricultural work. Pigs are not popular in the Jasha Republic because they are only useful for food and there is a lack of suitable feed.

In former Meceh Khuruu, due to the influence of Naimaun indigenous people, Families often breed dozens of reindeer and a few horse and cows. The meat and milk from these animals are central to the cuisine. Additionally, the leather and the horn are commonly utilized for making various household items and clothes. reindeer is also used as a vehicle for the nomads in this area. such a Pasture is seen also in the northern costal area in former Meceh Sper.

Fishary[]

The fishary is also popular in Jasha Republic regardless the seasons. The fishary is done mainly in the waters near coast and sometimes nearby the Western Coast of the Western Continent thanks to its colonized islands. The popular target is tuna, salmon, mackerel, cod, herring, and whale. The fisherman are mainly dyrians, vrans and some Naimaun people in Northern Jasha, some humans of Tuyotukian and Okamese origin in Southern Jasha. The fishary methods are gillnetting, fixed net, longline fishing. Ocasionally, the aquatic subspecies of kobolds known as clabaters, collaborated with the Jashanians and dive on the sea and gather shellfish, urchin and seaweed.

Manufacture[]

Due to the influx of dwarven and human refugee artisans, the production of wooden, ceramic, and stoneworks has flourished, making these some of the country's most important exports. Notable products include wooden furniture and tools, ceramic tableware and pots, and stone structures. Livestock products are also significant exports, including cheese, yogurt, clothing, shoes, and other leather goods. These products are popular not only in Bia Thin and the Far East but also in the southern parts of the Far North and some places in eastern Zerrikania.

The production of literature and some magical artifacts, such as megascopes, is also notable thanks to the contributions of many exiled and local mages. The Jasha Republic has reported at least one mage school, the Hausōs Magical Academy. Additionally, various medicines are produced based on Nording and Biathinian medical science.

The production of vegetable oil, animal oil, and hard liquor is also significant. Cutting down trees is difficult due to the grassroots protection movement for the nymphs' residences. Therefore, oil is made from beans, meat, milk, and whales. The liquor, made from potatoes, along with the oils, is used more for fuel than for food and drink. These products are not only consumed domestically but also exported.

Trade and Transportation[]

In Northern and Southern Jasha, they put effort into the develop and maintenance of roads and ports. Due to the native Bitumen called "The blood of Sukuna", the road connecting Jumin, Arbhajin, Hashinvi and a border of Ilan Qurum is always keeping enough smooth and safe to run rapide by horse and wagon in spite of the terrible climate and disaster. At several ten kilometers intervals are stations. This road is the well-known shorted highway route from Far East to Nordings.

The jagged coastline of the penisula in South Jasha, with its numerous natural harbors, is well-suited for maritime trade. The notable port town Hashinvi has several docks and some large ports. In the time of the severe winter, the ports are converted to the station of the reindeer or dog sleigh.

The human population primarily consists of skilled individuals such as blacksmiths, scholars, mages, and merchants. These skilled individuals, along with wise non-human residents, greatly contribute to the economy and development of the country.

Population before Kawashima Crisis[]

The Jasha Republic is home to a diverse tapestry of inhabitants, with a total population of around 3 million individuals in Southern before the Kawashima Crisis and 2.5 milion individuals in Northern. In the Southern state the majority of the population is the non-humans races. Humans often live in the urban area such a Bhuri, Hashinvi and Arbhajin or the warmer region near Ilan Qurum. Although vampire tribes and dhampirs have a political hegemony, generally, there is no advantage and hierarchy between each tribes.

In the Northern state non-human tribes are also majority and Nymphs and Dyrians have a large politica power different from the southern state. In the marine detached territory, the most of inhabitants are non-humans who are closely related with the East Sea civilization and the Great Sea civilization.

After the Kawashima Crisis, the Luri groups imigranted to the two urban ruins above the Northern Jasha, Ujuldara amd Kummuria. About 1 million individuals live on thoes urban ruins. The total population of the mainland and the insular area is 4 milions.

The Luri's area is almost dhampir and Jashanish people who are the mixed-dhampir. The Luri's area is also called "Pariṣad Saṅghaḥ" which means "Concil's union" in the Nure dialect. Some years later, the refugees from the Navo Federation, the imigrants from Okami Islands, Assanta Penisula and Ilan Qurum arrived at this area due to the material rush.

Jashanians and Jashanish[]

In Jasha Repiblic, due to the Multinational state, there are many mixed people in Jasha Republic. The social consensus recommend the mixed race. Specially, Dhampirs, Half elves and people who has both origin are respected. THe mixture bewteen each Vampires tribes are also recommended by the consensus of Vampires in Jasha Republic.

Jashanians[]

The Jashanians are the ethnic human group born from the mix of the different humans present in Jasha as well as other non-human races able to breed with humans. Their appearance is characterized by the inheritance of various traits from both humans and non-humans. Such as the facial hair of dwarves, the unusual eye color of the elves, the dark hair color of the Okamese, the slanted eyes from the Aen Hagde elves, the Okamese, and the Tuyotukians,

Jashanish[]

The Jashanians are the ethnic Dhampirs group born from the mix of the different vampires present in Jasha as well as human or non-human races able to breed with them. Their appearance is characterized by the inheritance of various traits from vampires and humans or vampires and non-humans. The same as other Dhampirs, the lifespan seems to be from hundreds of years to a millennia.

Culture[]

The culture of the Jasha Republic is rooted in nomadic life, strongly influenced by Naimaun and Unen People through a syncretism procress, like many things in the country. The majority of people in the Jasha Republic tend to own at least one horse or ship.

Language[]

The inhabitants of the republic speak a multitude of different languages. However, to facilitate communication, the official language of the republic is the Nure dialect of the Tdet Vampiric Language, followed by what foreigners call Jashani—a creole language created due to the diverse languages spoken in the country. Jashani incorporates the grammatical structure of the Elder Speech, vocabulary from other languages, and utilizes the Vampiric Alphabet for written communication.

Residence[]

The typical residence in Jasha consists of movable felt tents or houseboats, or the shack characterized by wooden and mud walls due to the Unen People. In the capital, the intellectuals from Bia thin and their descendant live in the cylinder shape large house characterized by wooden and mud walls. The shacks and houseboats are commonly found in the capital and certain coastal towns. Each person owns their own movable tent, which usually contains small room space. On the other hand, Naimaun indigenous people who live in Meceh Khuru usually often live in not only the small tents, but also the small cave or ice house. These habits are successfully accepted by most of all non-humans and some imigrants from Far East who live in the Meceh Khuru.

Within the residence, kitchens are often absent. Instead, residents frequently cook and eat in communal kitchens, dine out at local taverns, or enjoy meals outside with others. Even a witcher would partake in communal dining with other individuals.

Family System[]

The family system of Jasha follows a matriliny nuclear family structure. There is no hierarchy between genders, even brothers and sisters. Parents lose their influence over their children once they reach adulthood. Generally, families are not very large, and they often avoid the formation of stem and extended families as well as patriarchal systems.

When children grow up, they typically join a youth vigilante group called "karyas." Members of "karyas" are responsible for guarding caravans, vessels, and people from various regions such as Nemet, Vinland, Assata, Ketu Rahu, and Zerrikania. Talented youths engage in espionage and intelligence activities, often assisting the government or opposition groups that share the vision of the Jasha Republic. These groups enhance the presence of the Jasha Republic in other countries. However, some "karyas" groups deviate and become pirates, frequently raiding the coasts of Bia Thin and Tuyotuki Islands. The group members often wear uniforms made from wolf leather. Through their activities in "karyas," youths often find future partners and jobs. Once they find a partner and secure a suitable position, they leave "karyas" and join a new stable community.

After the death of the parents, the inheritance is divided equally among brothers and sisters, or distributed according to the will, or both.

Cuisine[]

The most popular soul food in the Jasha Republic is a milk-based soup made with sheep and goat meat, and beans. This dish is often enjoyed with a crepe made from potato starch. Meat and fish are commonly found in the market as smoked or dried meat.

In Jasha republic, many skilled people imigrated due to the opression against the freedom of expression. In Jasha republic, dramas, sonng and poems are quite popular. The drama has also the role of the news and information to tell the events around the world, and the role of the advertisement. The song and poem is the important way to record the history, knowledge and the skills. The actors in Jasha republic are almost amateur who works as priests, teachers, and marchants.

In Jasha republic, The action in the drama is strongly believed to increase the speech, expression and negotiation skill. The role of the villain is also believed to increase the emotional control.
